Meet Roofus from the Huron County Humane Society! He’s a lovable, fun-loving 3-year-old Lab/Husky mix who has overcome incredible challenges.
Roofus came to us nearly two years ago with three siblings. They were terrified of everything and had very little experience with people or the world around them. With lots of patience and love, Roofus has made amazing progress. He’s now enjoying road trips, visiting stores, playing in his pool, and learning what life in a home is all about.
He loves attention, gets along with other dogs, and is learning to live with cats. He can still be shy with strangers, so he needs a patient family willing to give him time to build trust.
