With Brevity

With Brevity is a four-piece northern Ohio-based band, featuring vocalist/guitarist Lucas Rosenberger, guitarist/producer Evan Watt, drummer Elijah Speller, and bassist Colin Richardson. The band was formed in 2024 by Rosenberger and Watt, who met while studying audio tech at Tiffin University. In 2026, they added new members Elijah Speller, also known for fronting the Toledo-based shoegaze band Hollow, and Colin Richardson, the lead vocalist of the Cleveland-based metal band Ignominious. With a discography full of nostalgic and melancholic sounds, their new releases will lean even more heavily into their shoegaze influences. With Brevity’s first full-length album, titled “Fairweather Friends,” will be out on September 1st, 2026, with a new single every month leading up to its release. Stay tuned for some surprising new sounds, as well as some guest appearances.
