Contest will run on BAS Broadcasting Ohio station, Mix 102.7 WCPZ.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win this sweepstakes.
Any purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
HOW TO ENTER: Enter by filling out the entry form on the Weber Griddle Giveaway page, in the Contest tab at mix1027.com starting Monday, May 15, 2023 for your chance to win. Must be 21 years or older to enter. Enter up to one time per day.
CONTEST PERIOD: Contest period begins at 6:00 am EST. Monday, May 15, 2023. Contest deadline is 11:59 am EST. Friday, August 18, 2023. One winner will be randomly selected the week of Monday, August 21, 2023.
PRIZE DESCRIPTION: One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded a 28″ Weber Gas Griddle valued at $580.43, along with a $100 gift card from Bassett’s Market for grill essentials and supplies. Total prize package value: $680.43.
All other expenses not specifically mentioned herein such as for transportation to and from event, parking, alcoholic/non alcoholic beverages, food, merchandise, etc., are solely the responsibility of the prize winner and guests. No alternate dates are available. No responsibility is assumed by Sponsors for canceled, delayed, suspended or rescheduled event.
WINNER NOTIFICATION: Winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries and notified via telephone or email during the week of August 21, 2023. BAS Broadcasting Ohio/Mix 102.7 personnel will contact the winner to claim their prize.
PRIZE ELIGIBILITY: Contest is open to all legal residents within the WCPZ listening area at the age of 21 or over, at time of entry.
Winner must pick up their prize from the WCPZ Studios, 1640 Cleveland Road, Sandusky, OH. I.D. verification may be needed at time of prize pick-up. In the event we are unable to contact the winner within 7 (seven) business days because of no answer and a full or non-functioning voice mail, and incorrect/non-functioning email address, a secondary winner will be selected.
ACCEPTANCE OF PRIZE: Any portion of any prize not accepted by winner shall be forfeited. Upon forfeiture for any reason as stated herein, no compensation shall be given. Winner representatives will be solely responsible for any and all local, state, and federal taxes, as well as license and registration fees, transportation costs, gratuities and other items of an incidental nature. The winner agrees to the use of his or her name and likeness in publicity without any additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. By entering this contest, the winner representative acknowledges that BAS Broadcasting, and all other sponsors and venues, have the right to publicize and broadcast each winner representative’s name, voice, and likeness, the fact that he or she won, and all matters incidental thereto.
