Contest will run on BAS Broadcasting Ohio station, Mix 102.7 WCPZ.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win this sweepstakes.
Any purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
HOW TO ENTER: Fill out the entry form in the Contest tab at mix1027.com ONE TIME PER DAY starting Monday, May 6, 2024 for your chance to win. Multiple entries permitted.
CONTEST PERIOD: Contest period begins at 6:00 am EST. Monday, May 6, 2024. Contest deadline is 11:59 am EST. Wednesday May 29, 2024. Three winners will be randomly selected Wednesday, May 29, 2024 on or around 12:00 pm and announced on The Morning Mix Thursday, May 30, 2024.
PRIZE DESCRIPTION: Three (3) winners 21 or older will win a pair of Ohio Bike Week VIP Pit Access Passes, good for front of stage access to all 3-Day Block Party concerts, Thursday May 30 with Jackyl, Friday May 31 with Ace Frehley and Saturday June 1 with Bret Michaels, along with access to an Exclusive Waterfront Bar, VIP-Only Restrooms and more. All other expenses not specifically mentioned herein such as for transportation to and from event, parking, alcoholic/non alcoholic beverages, food, merchandise, etc., are solely the responsibility of the prize winner and guests. No alternate dates are available. No responsibility is assumed by Sponsors for canceled, delayed, suspended or rescheduled event.
WINNER NOTIFICATION: Winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries and notified via phone or email message at 12:00 PM EST on Wednesday May 29, 2024. BAS Broadcasting Ohio/Mix 102.7 personnel will contact the winner within 12 hours to claim their prize.
PRIZE ELIGIBILITY: Contest is open to all legal residents within the WCPZ listening area for those 21 years or older.
Winner must pick up their prize from Mix 102-7 WCPZ, 1640 Cleveland Road, Sandusky, Ohio 44870. I.D. verification may be needed at time of prize pick-up. In the event we are unable to contact the winner within 3 (three) business days because of no answer and a full or non-functioning voice mail, and incorrect/non-functioning email address, a secondary winner will be selected.
ACCEPTANCE OF PRIZE: Any portion of any prize not accepted by winner shall be forfeited. Upon forfeiture for any reason as stated herein, no compensation shall be given. Winner representatives will be solely responsible for any and all local, state, and federal taxes, as well as license and registration fees, transportation costs and other items of an incidental nature. The winner agrees to the use of his or her name and likeness in publicity without any additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. By entering this contest, the winner representative acknowledges that BAS Broadcasting, and all other sponsors and venues, have the right to publicize and broadcast each winner representative’s name, voice, and likeness, the fact that he or she won, and all matters incidental thereto.
