Noelle is an adorable Pomeranian/mix who came to Island Safe Harbor Animal Sanctuary from a high kill pound. Our Alpha Dog Morning Mix Mutt has a microchip but, sadly, her owners never came for her. Noelle has a scar on her shoulder from an undisclosed injury, which is healing nicely and doesn’t seem to cause her any pain. She is approximately 7 years old and nearly 11 pounds, but she LOVES to play. Due to her size, Noelle needs an adult only home. Noelle is at the Island Safe Harbor Animal Sanctuary, 3620 E.
