HOW TO ENTER: Enter by filling out the entry form on the Labatt Mix Tailgate Party Giveaway page, in the Contest tab at mix1027.com starting Tuesday, September 5, 2023 for your chance to win. Must be 21 years or older to enter. Enter up to one time per day.
CONTEST PERIOD: Contest period begins at 6:00 am EST. Tuesday, September 5, 2023. Contest deadline is 11:59 am EST. Sunday, November 26, 2023. Twenty (20) names will be randomly selected to attend a party at Cleat’s, 6801 E Harbor Rd, Lakeside Marblehead, on Sunday December 3. Qualifying names will be randomly selected the week of November 27, 2023. At that event, winners will all receive envelopes with numbers inside. Four (4) will receive a prize package to be determined. One (1) will win a pair of tickets to the Cleveland Browns game vs. The New York Jets, December 28 at Cleveland Browns Stadium.
PRIZE DESCRIPTION: One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded a pair of tickets to the Cleveland Browns vs. New York Jets football game. No responsibility is assumed by Sponsors for canceled, delayed, suspended or rescheduled event. Prize value: $230.12. Grand prize winner will need to have a SeatGeek account set-up for digital transfer of the tickets.
WINNER NOTIFICATION: Qualifying names will be randomly selected the week of November 27, 2023, to attend a live event at Cleat’s in Marblehead. Winner MUST be present at the live event. At that event, winners will all receive envelopes with numbers inside. Four (4) will receive a prize package to be determined. One (1) will win a pair of tickets to the Cleveland Browns game vs. The New York Jets, December 28 at Cleveland Browns Stadium. BAS Broadcasting Ohio/Mix 102.7 personnel will contact the winner to claim their prize.
PRIZE ELIGIBILITY: Contest is open to all legal residents within the WCPZ listening area at the age of 21 or over, at time of entry. I.D. verification may be needed at Cleat’s for prize qualifiers. In the event we are unable to contact the winner within 2 (two) business days because of no answer and a full or non-functioning voice mail, and incorrect/non-functioning email address, a secondary winner will be selected.
ACCEPTANCE OF PRIZE: Any portion of any prize not accepted by winner shall be forfeited. Upon forfeiture for any reason as stated herein, no compensation shall be given. Winner representatives will be solely responsible for any and all local, state, and federal taxes, as well as license and registration fees, transportation costs, gratuities and other items of an incidental nature. The winner agrees to the use of his or her name and likeness in publicity without any additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. By entering this contest, the winner representative acknowledges that BAS Broadcasting, and all other sponsors and venues, have the right to publicize and broadcast each winner representative’s name, voice, and likeness, the fact that he or she won, and all matters incidental thereto.
THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW: By entering the Labatt Browns Tailgate Party Contest, the recipient is allowing BAS Broadcasting Ohio to use entrant name, location, photos, video, and/or audio on-air and on our websites, Facebook, Twitter or other forms social media sites. The Cleveland Browns are not a partner for this contest and have no liability for conducting the contest.
