“Text to Win” Contest will run on BAS Broadcasting Ohio station, Mix 102.7 WCPZ.

HOW TO ENTER: Text the word “labattseltzer” ONE TIME PER DAY to the number 71441 starting Monday, December 21st, 2020 for your chance to win. Must be 21 years or older to enter. Multiple entries permitted.
CONTEST PERIOD: Contest period begins at 6:00 am EST. Monday, December 21st, 2020. Contest deadline is 11:59 am EST. Wednesday, January 6th, 2021. One winner will be randomly selected on Wednesday January 6th at 12:00 pm.
PRIZE DESCRIPTION: One (1) Grand Prize winner will be awarded the Browns watch party prize pack featuring a $400 Mesenburg Catering Package, and a Labatt Seltzer Cooler and Labatt Seltzer merchandise at a value of $200, for a total value of $600. All other expenses not specifically mentioned herein such as for transportation to and from event, parking, alcoholic/non alcoholic beverages, food, merchandise, etc., are solely the responsibility of the prize winner and guests. No alternate dates are available. No responsibility is assumed by Sponsors for canceled, delayed, suspended or rescheduled event.
WINNER NOTIFICATION: Winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries and notified via text message at 12:00 PM EST on Wednesday, January 6th 2021. BAS Broadcasting Ohio/Mix 102.7 personnel will contact the winner within 72 hours or winning notification text message to claim their prize.
PRIZE ELIGIBILITY: Contest is open to all legal residents within the WCPZ listening area at the age of 21 or over, at time of entry.
Winner must pick up their prize from Mix 102-7 WCPZ, 1640 Cleveland Road, Sandusky, Ohio 44870. I.D. verification may be needed at time of prize pick-up. In the event we are unable to contact the winner within 14 (Fourteen) business days because of no answer and a full or non-functioning voice mail, and incorrect/non-functioning email address, a secondary winner will be selected.
ACCEPTANCE OF PRIZE: Any portion of any prize not accepted by winner shall be forfeited. Upon forfeiture for any reason as stated herein, no compensation shall be given. Winner representatives will be solely responsible for any and all local, state, and federal taxes, as well as license and registration fees, transportation costs and other items of an incidental nature. The winner agrees to the use of his or her name and likeness in publicity without any additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. By entering this contest, the winner representative acknowledges that BAS Broadcasting, and all other sponsors and venues, have the right to publicize and broadcast each winner representative’s name, voice, and likeness, the fact that he or she won, and all matters incidental thereto.
THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW: By entering the Labatt Seltzer/MIX 102-7 Browns Watch Party Text to Win Contest, the recipient is allowing BAS Broadcasting Ohio to use entrant name, location, photos, video, and/or audio on-air and on our websites, Facebook, Twitter or other forms social media sites.
